Submitting a project proposal

The Carrefour Foundation’s aim is to reduce poverty by funding projects which provides professional and social integration to people who are marginalized. This aim is based on food solidarity.

Thanks to Carrefour's logistics and expertise, the Carrefour Foundation is committed to reducing exclusion and inequalities, directly or indirectly, related to food problems. It promotes social progress by organizing donations and food collections, and participates in the development of integration structures and in healthy eating educational programs.

Another major focus of its intervention remains in the emergency aid, after natural disasters or in situations of major humanitarian crisis. Through their responsiveness and professionalism, the Foundation and the Group's employees put forward their experience (logistical support) and their resources (financial support) to the service of charities working to support the victims.
