France – Copper coin campaign!

From 7 January until 14 February, Carrefour is going to be partnering the Copper Coin campaign.

The campaign – which has been held every year since 1990 – is organised by the Hôpitaux de Paris–Hôpitaux de France foundation and raises money for ill children and teenagers in hospital.

It provides day-to-day support for projects designed to improve living conditions in hospitals and to provide patients with better treatment.

Over the last 26 years, the Hôpitaux de Paris–Hôpitaux de France foundation has funded nearly 8000 projects throughout France in more than 650 different establishments.

Carrefour – partnering the campaign
Carrefour France has been one of the Hôpitaux de Paris–Hôpitaux de France foundation's partners for 14 years now. Small piggy banks for copper coins are available at every store checkout… as well as giant piggy banks!
